更新 README.md + 移除測試用空白 txt 檔

  1. README.md： (1) 調整清單階層 & 說明順序。 (2) 加入「Create New Merge Request（將 feature 分支合併至 n_master 分支的流程）」說明。（截圖製作完工結案報告用）

  2. 移除 TestNewMergeRequest.txt。
